El MITT ADV 125 is designed to offer effective and pleasant everyday mobility thanks to its size with 1,340 mm between axles and the design of its combination of wheels, with a 14-inch front wheel next to a 13-inch rear wheel to always ensure a sense of poise and agility. This smaller rear size also makes it possible to design a hole with enough space for a full-face helmet. And in order to support the nuance of the dual personality that the name ADV embodies, it uses effective mixed-design CST tires that will allow road trips without the slightest problem.
The one responsible for powering the ADV 125 is a more than proven engine in the MITT range whose power amounts to almost 12 hp to move a set that, despite its packaging, stops the scale at 130 kg of weight. The announced consumption is only 2.5 liters/100 km, which translates into excellent range thanks to the 8.5 liter tank. To this frugal consumption, the system of starting and stopping the engine, which is done automatically when we stop the scooter, also contains CO2 emissions, contributes definitively to this frugal consumption. In the suspension section, the two rear shock absorbers with separate gas bottles in a suggestive gold color shine with their own light. They also have preload regulation to adapt their hardness to the extra weight we carry in the rear, where the MITT ADV 125 offers a generous position with a double structure that serves as a handle and also for mounting an auxiliary cargo box. The footrests are retractable to properly fix the position of the person behind and are also very well integrated into the design of all the side panels.
Aesthetics are one of the fundamental pillars of the MITT ADV 125, which stands out for its robust presence and at the same time transmits a feeling of lightness. This is because it is based on a solid central tunnel structure that guarantees great rigidity and is combined with a stylized front crowned by a tall, medium-width transparent screen that can be easily adjusted in two positions manually. The handlebar without body and raised thanks to an attractive turret provides a trail style that reinforces that “adventure” character of the proposal. The foot platform offers an extension to vary the position or adapt to larger leg sizes, so comfort and habitability are guaranteed.
Another advanced ingredient is the proximity or “keyless” start system, which is very practical and which also makes more sense because it has interesting location functionality thanks to the activation of the horn and the intermittences when we press a button. The ignition is carried out from a roulette wheel on the right side that is backlit in blue and next to it there is a button for remote opening of the seat and the fuel tank.
The handles are adjustable in distance, adding one more quality detail. And the fact that it offers rear brake lock is very remarkable, since it is an excellent help in certain situations where the slope means that we cannot be stopped safely.
